How long are materials kept?

Application materials are deleted from active storage, trash, and version history seven days after successful review delivery. The read-only review link expires after seven days. The founder-authored review may be retained separately for service continuity.

Privacy in plain language

Stripe handles payment metadata, email handles logistics, and the private upload provider handles application materials and review delivery. Application content and review text are not sent through ordinary email.

Payment disputes, refunds, chargebacks, and failed delivery can place a temporary hold on deletion. Holds are recorded and released manually.
